meeMEE provide a high quality and professional catering service in Worcestershire and the West Midlands. The operation is overseen and managed by myself Justin Bradley MIH, I have over 20 years experience in most sectors of the hospitality industry. It all started with part time work as a porter at the tender age of 15! This was for a local group of four star hotels, then onto Worcester Catering College for three years to study both management and practical cooking qualifications.
After leaving college I have never looked back, I have successfully managed boutique guest houses through to luxury hotels around London, quality restaurants and dining pubs within Worcestershire. I have also professionally tutored within a catering college and received various awards and recognition for my work within the industry. Andrea is office based, she organizes the staffing, budgets, finance and the administration side of the business.
The rest of the meeMee family (team!) are passionate, professional and friendly people, with many years of hospitality experience. Our staff are always immaculately presented.
meeMee has fantastic relationships with our local suppliers and specialist food producers. We are totally committed to supporting local businesses, we often visit our cheese maker, the small holding our pigs are reared on and the fields in Evesham where our asparagus and micro herbs are grown! We support organic and free range produce and foods from sustainable sources. We really do understand and care about our food!
Unlike many of our competitors, we are in the privileged position of operating from registered production kitchens, the company have their own refrigerated vehicles, commercial vans, trailers and large equipment etc. We are pioneers in exciting and innovative ideas within event catering in Worcestershire, such as Sous Vide cooking and the use of Liquid Nitrogen for events. Experimenting with food is so much fun!
In addition to catering at venues, meeMee operates various catering contracts and services in Worcestershire and the West Midlands. We are actively seeking new business opportunities for the company.
